Where do your headbands ship?

We currently ship to all USA states and Canada. We ship from our headquarters in Denver, Colorado.

How long does shipping take?

We typically fulfill your order within 1-3 business days after your order has been received, however due to temporary labor shortages, fulfillment may take up to 7-10 days for your order to begin to ship. Economy shipping via USPS typically takes 5-8 additional days for delivery. Upgraded Express shipping with USPS Priority usually takes 2-3 business days after your tracking is received. 

Economy shipping with USPS usually takes 5-10 business days after you receive your tracking information. Express shipping with USPS Priority mail usually takes 2-5 days after USPS marks the packages as accepted in your tracking information. 

Business days typically consist of Monday - Friday; please allow extra time on the weekends as USPS is closed on Sundays. 

How much does shipping cost?

For domestic orders in the USA, we charge a flat $5 fee for shipping under $50. Orders over $50 automatically qualify for free shipping at checkout and include economy shipping PLUS an additional 25% off your cart (excludes Hudson brand, Mystery Boxes, and sale items). Canada orders have custom shipping rates determined at checkout. Upgraded Express shipping costs $15 flat. *Initial shipping charges to receive your package from us will not be refunded in the case of a return.*

Wait, so where is my package shipping from?

Our team is based in Denver, CO. Your order is put together with care by one of our packers in our warehouse.

What is the return policy?

If you are unsatisfied in any way with your order, simply return it for a full refund! Returns are only accepted on orders fulfilled within 30 days.

For returns, please fill out our return form here. You will need your order number and shipping zip code to get started. We will cover the charges for your return label! However, initial shipping charges to receive your package from us will not be refunded in the case of a return.*

Headband returns MUST be unworn and have no visible wear and tear to receive refund. Refunds are distributed after the product is received at our warehouse and inspected.

In the case of any product damage or breakage, our team will require proof of break or damage for a refund. In some cases, we will ask the customer to return the damaged product to us for further inspection prior to issuing a refund. Refunds are processed for damaged products after our inspection is finalized.

All wardrobe items MUST be returned with original tags still attached in order for a refund to be processed. Tags must not be cut or thrown away to ensure the item has not been worn.

Do you have more colors/prints?

We release new colors and prints every few months. Sign up for our SMS for exclusive sales and announcements of new styles/colors releasing! 

How do the headbands fit?

Our knot style headbands adjust at the knot (within an inch) so that you can decide your comfort. All you have to do is tighten or loosen the knot to your preference.

Are your headbands nonslip?

Yes! The secret is in the placement. Check out our social media video!

Will the headbands give me a headache if I wear them all day?

Nope, they are so buttery soft and light that you might even forget they are on your head.

What is the fabric made out of?

The Butter Soft Headbands are made of bamboo spandex. Eco-Friendly, UV-protectant, antimicrobial, and moisture absorbing.

Can I wash my headbands?

All of our headbands should be washed by hand with cold water and mild soap. Let air dry.

Silk Bandanas: DO NOT iron. Light steam only.

Can I exchange my order? Can you honor any discounts I used before with exchanges?

We can only return orders within 30 days of your original order date. If you'd like a different color or product, you can request a return of your order here and proceed to order your desired product(s) on your time - this ensures that you do not have to wait for your initial order to be returned before you receive your desired product(s). Previous discount codes or promos cannot be used in future orders or exchanges.

Labor Day Sale FAQ:

In order to properly count our inventory, all hair accessories were Buy 2 Get 2 and all items (4+ hair accessories) were required to be added to cart in order for the B2G2 code to work when input at checkout. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused! This code cannot be added to previous orders, future orders, or exchanges.
