Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.
Click on the tracking number link or enter the tracking number into the USPS tracking page.
Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 24-48 hours for the number to become active in our system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.
Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking link that allows you to follow your package's journey right to your doorstep. The expected delivery date is typically communicated to you through the tracking information provided. If your order appears to be sitting in one location for an extended period, please rest assured that it is on its way and monitor the tracking link for updates on the expected delivery day.
If the tracking shows your package as 'delivered' but you haven't received it, there are a couple of steps you can take before getting in touch with us. Start by checking with your neighbors to see if the package was accidentally delivered to them. USPS can sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely, so it may actually arrive within the next few days. We recommend waiting for 7 business days after the package was marked 'delivered.' If, after this period, you still haven't received your package, please contact us so that we can file a USPS claim at your address and work towards resolving the issue and getting your package to you.
We typically fulfill your order within 1-3 business days after your order has been received. Economy shipping via USPS typically takes 5-8 additional days for delivery. Upgraded Express shipping with USPS Priority usually takes 2-3 business days after your tracking is received. Upgrading to Overnight Shipping with USPS usually takes 1-2 business days after fulfillment.
Business days consist of Monday - Friday; please allow extra time on the weekends as USPS is closed on Sundays.
For domestic orders in the USA, we charge a flat $5 fee for shipping of orders under $50. Orders over $50 automatically qualify for free shipping at checkout and include economy shipping. *Initial shipping charges to receive your package from us will not be refunded in the case of a return.*
If you notice that your package has been delayed, or it hasn't shipped within the expected timeframe, keep in mind that there can be a few reasons for this. Firstly, we might have packed your order, but it may not have been picked up by USPS until the following day. Furthermore, USPS tracking information can sometimes take up to two days to update. In the event of public holidays, weekends, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather events, these pickups and updates might be further delayed. If you have not seen any updates on your tracking information within a reasonable period post the expected pickup day, please contact us to investigate the matter further.
Lost packages
At Soulvation, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. In the event that your order is lost during transit, please reach out to our customer support team at hello@soulvationsociety.com with your order number and any relevant details.
Damaged packages
We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such instances, please report to our customer support team at hello@soulvationsociety.com within 24 hours of receiving the order and include photos of the damaged items or package.
We will review the provided documentation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
Please contact us here as soon as possible with your order number and new address so our team can attempt to update the address.
We will do our best to update the address before the order is fulfilled/packed, however please be advised that Soulvation is not liable for orders sent with incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
We offer free shipping for orders with a $50+ subtotal (before taxes are added).
For all other orders, shipping fees are a flat rate of $5 for economy shipping within the US. For express shipping it is a flat rate of $15 within the US. For overnight shipping it is a flat rate of $44 within the US.
Return by mail
For returns/exchanges, please fill out our form here. To start, you will need your order number and zip code or email used to place order. *Initial shipping charges to receive your package from us will not be refunded in the case of a return.*
Print the shipping label and drop off your return at your local USPS location.
Note: your USPS label will expire 7 business days after you initiate a return, please ship before then. Anything attempted to be returned after will be sent back to the customer by USPS as the label will be invalid.
Return/Exchange requirements
Headband returns MUST be unworn, on the cardboard, or in the Soulvation Turband bag they were sent with, and have no visible wear and tear to receive refund. Refunds are distributed after the product is received at our warehouse and inspected.
In the case of any product damage or breakage, our team will require proof for a refund. We may ask the customer to return the damaged product to us for further inspection prior to issuing a refund. Refunds are processed for damaged products after our inspection is finalized.
All wardrobe items MUST be returned with original tags still attached in order for a refund to be processed. Tags must not be cut or thrown away to ensure the item has not been worn/washed. Items marked as FINAL SALE are not available for return, refund, or exchange!
Refund process
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, final sale, or other reasons. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
We always aim for our customers to be satisfied with their purchases, but if you encounter an issue with a product, such as a headband being too tight and ripping, we request that you send us pictures of the damaged item. Our team will assess the situation, and although our return policy covers a 30-day period from the order creation, we will consider replacing the product once we have evaluated the circumstance with the images you provide.
Due to systematic limitations, all returns must be sent back using their respective label. Our return labels are associated with the items inside the package.
Returns booked for multiple orders cannot be sent back in the same package. You must return orders separately.
Returning additional items in a return may cause processing delays or cause USPS to return the package to you for invalid weight.
All Boho Hair Ties remain under a 30 day return/refund policy after the order has been placed.
In the case of rare malfunctioned hair ties, we are happy to provide a partial refund within our 30 day policy with photo proof of damage or breakage. Partial refunds are determined upon further quality control inspection and refunded based on the divided total hair ties that malfunctioned.
In some instances, hair ties may need to be returned to our headquarters for further inspection prior to issuing a partial or full refund.
Yes, if you realize that you have made a mistake in your order or prefer a different color or product, please reach out to us with your request as soon as possible. We can update your order with the new color or product choice, as long as your order has not been shipped out yet. Be sure to confirm the exact item you want to remove and the exact item you want to add to avoid any confusion.
Soulvation is not liable for orders shipped prior to receiving the email of your update request. If this happens, please see our return/exchange policy here.
You will have the option to cancel your order within your confirmation email. You may also contact our customer service team at hello@soulvationsociety.com. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.
Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.
If you are unable to locate your order:
-You can email us at hello@soulvationsociety.com the first and last name, shipping address, and the email address used to place the order in an attempt for us to locate it.
-Please note that all of our order numbers are six digit numerical numbers.

Our Knot style headbands adjust at the knot (within an inch) so that you can decide your comfort. All you have to do is tighten or loosen the knot to your preference.
